The ExcurCie is, unsurprisingly, the Eureka committee that organises excursions for everyone. It is kind of like a general committee for activities, but more specifically for ‘external’ ones. Most activities therefore take place outside of Utrecht. In the past an excursion to the KNAW, the Dutch Royal Institute for the Sciences, was organised by this committee. Other activities that were organised by this committee were for example a visit to the Volkenkunde museum in Leiden, and an excursion to Brussels. In Brussels we visited the European parlement and various cultural institutions. Do you like to organise activities that are ‘out there’, maybe even outside of Utrecht? Then join the ExcurCie!
